How long does shipping take? Orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days. Delivery time depends on your location.

Is shipping free? Yes, on orders over ₹1,499. Below that, a flat ₹99 shipping fee applies.

Can I track my order? Yes — you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

What's your return policy? You can return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. See our full Refund Policy for details.

My item arrived damaged, what do I do? Contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.

Can I change or cancel my order? Email us as soon as possible after ordering — we can usually make changes before an order ships.

Are your products in stock? Product pages reflect current availability. If something's out of stock, it won't be available to order.
