Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered from Zinglo. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging. Email kunalsingh.work7@gmail.com with your order number to start a return. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days; original shipping charges aren’t refunded. Damaged or wrong items? Contact us within 48 hours with photos for a free replacement or refund.
